Dr. Millner received his PhD from Harvard University and clinically trained at Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital, and MGH, all leaders in mental health care.
Therapy entails working together to collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans and staying on track to meet therapy goals. For teenagers, this will likely include parents' input as well.
Dr. Millner is not part of any insurance networks but will provide documentation for insurance reimbursement.
For most clients, sessions are once a week for 50 min. However, the duration and frequency of sessions depend on clients' needs and preferences.
After a free consultation and an agreement to work together, initial sessions will focus on assessment to understand client symptoms and experiences.
